In Lithuania, the two most common company types are:
- MB (Small Partnership) – similar to a small business or partnership.
- UAB (Private Limited Liability Company) – similar to a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
The total service fee includes full assistance with the establishment of either an MB or a UAB.
If you choose to establish a UAB and you do not have a qualified electronic signature, the process must be completed through a notary in Lithuania. In that case, we provide full support and guidance during the process.
However, please note that notary fees in Lithuania and document shipping costs from abroad to Lithuania are not included in our service fee and must be covered separately by the client.
