This document has been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, ensuring transparency, legality, and clarity in all areas of Baltic Capital Partners and our client’s activities. As part of international business, we value building trustworthy relationships based on professionalism and respect with both our clients and service providers.
These cooperation terms outline the principles and rules that apply when working with our and our clients’ suppliers and service providers.
Terms
- We only settle invoices that are clearly itemized, indicating the services provided or goods delivered, their quantities, and prices.
- Payments are made only for services actually provided or goods delivered, at the pre-agreed prices.
- Invoices are paid within 14 (between business entities – 30) calendar days from the compliant with legislation invoice issuance date, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
- Invoices must be issued in a form that complies with legal requirements (including company details, VAT code, description of services or goods, and dates).
- We prefer invoices to be issued in euros (EUR), unless another currency is specified in the contract.
- If the invoice contains incorrect or incomplete information, the payment and interest calculation period shall commence on the date of receipt of the corrected invoice.
- Interest shall accrue only in accordance with the procedures established by law, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to the supplier’s officially provided bank account.
