Located right next to Swissotel, Tallinn, Stockmann is a oldschool department store with a reasonable selection of international quality and luxury goods. A good cosmetic floor, clothing and groceries of the finer variety.
On the lower level is a very decent wine shop with a great selection of cognac and Armagnac dating back up to 50 years. Probably Estonias best location for a wide range of higher value international luxury goods, and anything you need in the pantry for some good living.

Browse ShopsAn interesting general market. The name literally means "Baltic market". Through the week there is a fine selection of fruit and vegetables, of the finer variety. At the weekend, weather permitting, outside, there's an eclectic flea market offering everything from fishing gear and car batteries to Soviet era medals and ammunition shells.
A true cross-section of the regions local history, and a great place to get a bargain.
A little further past the Balti flea market during the summer months is a massive clothing flea market on a Sunday. You can find designer labels and some really good snow gear for the kids bracing for the coming winter.
